Mandarin Teacher uses Frog to Make Education Relevant and Fun

"Why do we have to learn this?" This is a common question that teachers and parents sometimes hear from students. However SMK Puchong's Mandarin Teacher, Mrs. Guek, is all set to let students know that what they are learning is indeed relevant to their lives by linking what she teaches in the classroom to everyday life. 

Ms. Guek also acknowledges the benefits of gamification in education in increasing the fun in learning. She successfully encourages her students' participation in learning by allowing the use of game-thinking  to build their Mandarin vocabulary.
