Froggy Comes to Life @ Our Student Engagement Workshop

Frog is on the move! Starting with our Pilot Schools, Frog is set to hit 10,000 schools in 2013. (That's a lot of schools, and a lot of travelling!) Join us as we share pictures from the road and discover what life is like in schools around the nation.

We had a fun time at the Student Engagement Workshop held on June 16, 2012, at the YTL Network Operations Centre, Sentul Park! Five different schools were represented, namely SK Taman Putra Perdana, SJK (C) Jalan Davidson, SRK Sri Petaling, SMK Assunta, and SMK Convent Bukit Nanas. Not only did the kids have fun making their very own Froggy, but we certainly enjoyed helping them out too!

At the workshop, students were given an opportunity to make and design their own Froggy from felt and sewing material.

Each school created a Froggy with a distinctly unique personality of its own - look at how cute they all look! Well done, kids!

The kids also spent some time exploring the Frog VLE and creating a biography site about their Froggy on it.

But that wasn't all. The students also brainstormed among themselves to share their ideas on “How to Create Excitement with Frog”. Each group came up with great ideas to Froggify their schools!

At the end of workshop, the students got Froggy merchandise as a token of our appreciation.

(We are delighted that SK Taman Putra Perdana also blogged about our event! Check out what they had to say about our workshop here.)
